Thanks Andy! Gotta get a new Mic if I do this again.

My Learnings:

1. Granularity is everything, even consider splitting up a campaign by demographic - so you can feel out better how keywords, bids and schedules work for genders or age groups. (This only works for high-traffic accounts)

2. Segmenting your Searchterms by device/network & audience and building pivot tables around them gives you clues on how granular your campaign setup should be, Especially if there is a lot of difference in searchterms between genders or mobile/tablet.

3. Opening up a new account? Load Branded Keywords first, to let the account "age"
Then stick to exact, to keep the CTR high, then become profitable, then get room to start testing new things, then focus on landing pages.

4. You can outwork your competition by learning how to easily create large/granular campaigns with Editor and Excel.
