    Today i relaunched Satinaa.com , i shut down all operations after getting to almost 10k a month super quickly , because our product had a major manufacturing flaw and I got 5 negative reviews in a row and panicked.

    I'm back now , stronger than ever , after 3 long months of patience and no income.

    Additionally , i feel kind of annoyed that i cant even afford skincare , or a gym membership now , it defiantly sucks to ask my parents for more money , after ALL they have donated so far to fund this random business that they don't even think will work out...

    so for that I plan to hire a EXPERT fashion designer , from CLO-3D forum themselves , anddd I plan to save up £100K as safe funds , to invest in our next batch of products , as we expand and after my debts have been payed off

    Learning finance now. Built a marketing system with my "best friend," and now he is a marketing GENIUS.
    Learning about a monthly management accounting pack:
    1. Balance sheet (what we have)
    2. Income statement (what happened)
    3. Cash flow statement (how money moved)
    4. Action plan (next month's goals, like OKRs)

    Product and development Customer service hiring people -> onboarding , proper SOPs then Optimisation & organisation of all the systems we have.

    Im currently building and optimising the influencer marketing system (EXTERNAL)
    and the marketing system for the actual Satinaa accounts (Internal)

    Additionally , ive had some negative customer reviews , so i will straight away solve the problems with my current products , and im also busy making SKU & new packaing , as for this next batch i plan to do 3PL for the first time , and also systamise shipping.

    Since you don't want to abide by any warnings that you've been offered, you have been placed in moderation.     No worries, I've removed your moderation. BTW, I appreciate the offer for the steak but I'm vegan and have been for years, so I'd rather have a luxurious meal not involving a slaughtered animal. I'm sure it will be cheaper on ya too... ;)
