Starting this thread for accountability and feedback.

I am currently attempting 3 things:
1) SAAS Product - Partnership between myself (non-technical) and a coder
2) Ecommerce - Pet Accessories - Testing initially via dropshipping
3) Build Personal Brand to improve a) network and b) Promote 1)

1) SAAS Product - Partnership between myself (non-technical) and a coder

• Currently nearly finished coding the web app on a no code tool. Just waiting for my coder to structure his side of things in terms of API's and widget so he can add it onto my website.
• Drafting the marketing plan on how I am going to bring in my initial users. I understand the marketing will be the most difficult, so I am trying to put my name out there first before I start selling anything, to have people as part of a warm funnel

2) Ecommerce - Pet Accessories

• Working with Google Ads experts on moving past the Misrepresentation policy breach on Google Merchant Centre. I will find out in 2-3 days if I can get approved. If not, I suspect it's due to dropshipping and Google does not like it - which is fine and understandable.
• Looking at potentially sourcing and storing accessories myself at home and shipping for sales.

3) Build Personal Brand

• This one is really hard because I am not someone that likes to put myself out there. I have created a twitter account lol. And goal is to post daily about ramblings on this journey. And comment on others people in a similar journey to myself.
