This is only my second post on this forum and I have some questions. A friend of mine has 23 acres of farmland and wants to do something with it. He has several ideas floating around from building a kennel, to making it a center for business get togethers, to just plain selling it or using it for eco-tourism. He has done a little research but is still unsure which way he should turn. What are your thoughts on the eco-tourism stance?
