Thanks to NYS DOL, I now have free access to a TON of courses on coursera. You can bet I'm going to be taking advantage of it. With that being said, for any digital marketers out there (that possibly used coursera), do you have any courses or certifications that you highly recommend? Much appreciated in advance.

Haven't seen many marketing-specific courses back when I used Coursera, but I really recommend Duke University's Think Again series on reasoning. As a copywriter, and really a person in general, it's extremely valuable to understand logic and reasoning and how to structure arguments and think about things.

I was already aware of most things and had a good intuitive grasp of them when I took the course, but the formal understanding definitely improved my ability to debate and come up with compelling arguments, while avoiding fallacies.

It's free and not a huge investment of time (you can kinda do it at your own pace) and the long-term benefits are huge, especially if your current understanding of reasoning is incomplete.

This stuff has helped me land more clients, do better research, write better, improve my results, and just generally understand the world better. I couldn't possibly overstate this.

And great job for investing your time into more education :) can't go wrong with that.

Hope you get a lot of great recommendations.

Thank you! I'll look into that.
