The point I would like to raise from that is, if your health care is able to handle the load (preferably the cases unfold over time versus at the same time) the mortality rate might be something like 1%. If not, the mortality rate could be 3-5x that.
Plus... if you have several countries going into a really bad situation at the same time the international resources get spread out much more thinly, compounding the problem.
This is why aggressive containment seems like the only right play now.
