Well this is annoying. I got an email this morning from my scheduled airline that they changed my flight plan. Pretty much everything was changed.

Instead of arriving at 130pm like I wanted, I will not be arriving until 845pm. And instead of leaving at 135am Sunday morning, they moved it to 945am - which means I get home a lot later too.

And, they moved my seats that I wanted!

I’m going to have to call and see if I can rearrange all of that because that really makes things a little inconvenient.

YES, message the forum to be connected with a resale ticket. Tickets have been sold out for months so there is no public venue to purchase a ticket.

At this point, only authorized tickets for resale are avaiable, people who bought a ticket and suddenly cannot go.

My wife has never seen the Grand Canyon. I was thinking of coming out early and take her there, maybe a helo tour? Any recommendations?

The rim of the canyon has some elevation. It is cold in the winter. It should be open though.

I've been all through the canyon on foot and by boat. It is spectacular. The cold weather in the winter puts a damper on it though.

Sedona will likely be warmer and is spectacular in its own right. They have some awesome jeep tours.

Do you and your wife hike? There are some good ones in the valley.

Could attendees get access prior to the event? It seems like that forum would be a good place for people coordinate meetups (coffee / drinks / hikes / meals) outside of the hours scheduled for talks. Especially since some people will get there a few days prior to the event.

Camelback mountain is real close. It is a very intense hike. Incredible views though. It is in the middle of the city.

The superstitions are filled with beauty. Many different trails and hike options. It is about 30-40 minutes away.

There are many other choices. Phoenix mountain preserve, south mountain, and McDowell's are all close by.

I'm happy to go on any of these. There's usually more than one group going out. Thursday would be the best day.
