I like TOP lists from experts. So now I'm reading "All In" by Bill Green. Great book for entrepreneurs. The book contains 101 lessons that Bill Green learned through building numerous companies. This is the sort of read that makes you realize that even the world’s most successful entrepreneurs once started as paperboys and door-to-door salesmen.

I've just finished "How to Get Rich" by Felix Dennis, I looked him up after completing the book and devastated to find out he passed away in 2014, none the less a fantastic book by someone who did it all and then some.

Almost through Sir Alex Fergusons autobiography as well, a must read for sports fans (particularly Man Utd fans like myself ;))

I’m going to finally read the paperback version of “Anything You Want” by Derek Sivers.

I’ve listened to the audio version a few times this year already...

I read his book a number of years before he passed away. I only found out that he died when reading Unscripted .

I re-read that book. Amazing.

Check out his podcasts with Tim Ferriss.

Show notes: Derek Sivers on Developing Confidence, Finding Happiness, and Saying “No” to Millions

I know it is several hours long. If you like his book, blog, audiobook, etc... Trust me. The first podcast is great. The 2nd podcast is more of answering question from viewers.

I love how he seems, throughout the book, to be putting the reader off trying to become rich, letting you know it's not an easy journey, whilst on the other hand declaring if 'I can do it so can you'. It is good to get this type of book written by someone who has accomplished what they write about, and give you the inside story warts and all.

Just re-read The lean startup.

Picked up "6 months to 6 figures"

It will be great for the thread to be "What books are your reading currently and why?".

Have finished the novel "Colombiano" By Rusty Young, the author of "Marching Powder". A very different world to the one I live in, I read Marching Powder years ago and was completely fascinated by the way those on the other side of the tracks live, makes me grateful for the challenges I face in my day to day life compared to others out there.

Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.

Fantastic so far!

I heard that it was supposed to by dry for the first hundred or so pages, but I was onboard almost immediately. Maybe I just like reading plots about railroad development.

That said, it is a hell of a doorstopper. I'm a quarter of the way through, and I'm worried about losing steam after another couple hundred pages.

The Misfit Economy by Alexa Clay and Kyra Maya Phillips. The subtitle is "Lessons in creativity from pirates, hackers, gangsters, and other informal entrepreneurs."

After that its The New Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, which I'm not sure why it was in my Amazon cart but it was...so I bought it.

Good Audible read. 1 in 25 people have this tendency. I like to know who I'm dealing with.

Just starting 'The IRS Problem Solver' Was highly recommended to me just to understand the power that they try to portray.

Love to read about 'them' that are behind the curtains in life as it seems so many things are smoke and mirrors....

Ok So I saw two books on this website and I got both! "Zero to One" and "The Miracle Morning"I just finished "The Miracle Morning" and in 1 week it has already changed my life. The thought of staying up until 1-2am watching tv is now abhorrent to me. And I have to say getting up at dawn and getting shit done before people are even out of bed is really really REALLY cool! So thanks for the tip MJ... now if only I could get those abs you talked about... lol

I've been intrigued by the possibility of doing that, but I have 3 young kids, and don't sleep a lot as it is. I already get up around 6:15am for my day job, and have a tough time imagining getting up earlier than that, especially on nights that I might have been up from like 3-5am dealing with a screaming 1-year-old.

Hi Dustin,

I hear you dude. I manage to get up at 5.45am as its dawn here in Ireland, plus its summer so its definitely easier to start this in Summer! But I find I need 6 hours sleep myself. Being honest I use Tony Robbins "Hour of Power" which covers Affirmations, Visualizations, Gratitude, Meditation, Incantations and Exercise... everything except reading and scribing!

How I would do this while working fulltime hours with young kids is another challenge altogether!

You could start with Hal's 6 minute version... and adjust it as suits!!! I'm on his Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs now! :)

Currently going through Storynomics, Rules for Radicals (slow read to absorb all of the nutrients), and have been listening to Robert Greene's Art of Seduction on Audible. All highly recommended.

Also flipping through Get Clients Now! to get sales/marketing ideas when necessary.
