It's 3am. I stayed up all night making something, listening to Blasé by Ty Dolla $ign on repeat for 10 hours.
When we would hire employees, they always had the same questions.
Example: "the gate is locked, what should I do?"
I'm not always available. And it's annoying being repetitive.
So, I made a knowledge base.
I made a custom GPT trained on it.
I made an automation on make.com to connect with it.
Connected it all using our phone system.
Now, when you text a specific number, it connects to my custom GPT, and responds.
I named her Athena. (greek goddess of knowledge)
Example: "the gate is locked"
response:
That way, it's thorough, it's instant, it's consistent, and it's not in my head anymore.
I also get the text they sent forwarded to me so I can intercept something important or urgent. I can make it text me the gpt's response too in case it says something wrong.
I coded her to be flirty lol. She is our knowledgeable, sweet office lady who is 100x more helpful and responsive than me.
Employees get our knowledge base saved as a favorite link on their phone so they can search and watch videos manually, or they can just text Athena.
This is one of the coolest things I've ever made. We are living in the future.
Here's the automation.
This combined with other automations has allowed me to reduce our HR workload by like 95%. It's badass.
Next I'll show you our hiring automations, and how I show up at the lot to interview 5+ qualified people at the same time who are filtered out and prepared for the interview, all without anyone speaking to them.
