YouTube Let's grow it - Start from zero

After successfully selling some other ventures. It's time that I start YouTube channel.

Goal 1: Finding niche that can be monetized with various sources and not only one. (affiliate, ads, partnerships etc.) Relying only on youtube views would be way too stressful with their low RPMs plus( YouTube will deduct its 45% share before passing on the financial benefit to the channel and that's a lot!)

I'm not sure whether I will do monthly or weekly updates.

Goal is to get to 10k$ / a month in 1 year.

Just as a note I already have some knowledge outsourcing and finding right topics but youtube is getting more and more saturated so I need to be careful what niche to go in.

Goal 1: 3 days maximum to find niche.

I made decision to start this project as side project. So not much focus will be put into this project because youtube CPMs suc*. : )

2. Goal is to be profitable in 6-8 months

Outsourced freelancer didn't met expectations. Testing second freelancer for 1-2 months.

i also started a yt channel but i will not say failed but my progress is miserable
i am still trying to fix up
i started in documentary niche its a good niche
and i was thinkinng of crime documentaries they do work well
and now days police body cams videos are working good too
so if we could collab or you can share some tips with me that would be help full - here is my discord - @bitevenom

Yes, I was thinking like 1 year ago to start in crime / police body cam niche. But here's one huge problem a lot of youtube channels in that niche got demonetized.

There were some workarounds like blurring in videos but problem is that you don't know exactly what to blur and what not to blur so you can get easily demonetized.

That's why those channels rely so much on patreon.
