A lot of us in here our tech people, ex IT for example. Right now you have the advantage to leverage this instead of trying to build the next SaaS system or coming up with the next big thing.
I've had 3 website builds that I would have not have closed before, more down to the work required for customer service to get them over the line then keep then in play until they convert then deal with there emails.
Some customers just want to deal with a human right, they love to chat.
In the old days I would give this to my VA's to action the work.... but lately been handing it off to AI more an more from cold to sold
As my VA's are busy on another big project and my local web agency is some nice cashflow shortterm.
They still get Mark on the phone, but now the AI is working in the background, the machine building, drafting email replies for me to check, working proposals, all the sales things i need to focus on without the paperwork.
I had one where I didn't even look at the website until I was like holy sh*t they just put $1100 in the bank for the first deposit, then the second amount a week later.
Then it happened again and just today again.
Would have giving up on these leads as they harder to work, they ghost, but they are so good to work with as they value their time.
They are also very loyal, they love to communicate their way, they like to feel in some sort of control.
Im releasing the brakes slightly more on the system to speed up taking on more builds and focus on sales <--- yeap everyone focuses on the other thing, I know if i can get on calls i convert
Oh yes I could turn this into a SaaS, maybe sell a course... or just run this machine as fast as i can and fill the bank up.
Evidence below as to work being done with me overseeing it, and asking AI now to read more emails, confirm confidence it can action requests then i whack a button or adjust.
These customers also tend to refer very quickly and easily due to the customer experience.
Keen to post more if anyone wants to follow along, who else is building away and keeping things a bit more secret like hey I just building away buisness as usual. I don't need to scream AI to everyone , just deliver the solutions to problems.
