Other then owning a kickass villa in the carribbean.

This car has always been my motivation. And will always be, until I attain it one day.

Freedom.
Freedom to be at a place and time of my chosing, everyday.
Freedom to wear the clothes I'd like to wear.
Freedom to not care that it's Sunday night or Friday afternoon.
Freedom to spend time with my family however I want.
Freedom to do amazing things for my friends and family whenever I want, without thinking about the cost.
Freedom from the fear that one person - my boss - can on a whim radically disrupt my life.

Edit: The ability to grant my wife the freedom she deserves - to give her the freedom to live her life however she'd like to without fear of getting fired or laid off, like she was the day we found out we were having our first kid.

I see my kids for about 30 minutes in the morning before they are off to daycare.

When I get home my daughter is already in bed and my son is getting ready for bed.

This is what motivates me to break free. I will achieve this in 2014.

That's so great of you and your kid will be proud of you if you can just grant him peace at home :) Today I had a debate with my dad again because he always is an a**hole with my mother and can't talk normally without yelling. Then I kick in.

Freedom to have anything you want, anytime you want. To do anything with anyone you want to do it with. To eat, drink, smoke anything, and to go anywhere you please. The links above keep reminding me the dream still exists. It's more than possible. For someone who spends at least 3 hours a day reading and working his a$$ off to be prepared to grab the chance, it's inevitable.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLoZ7K-gF-4 Stories like this ( if you don't have the time to watch the whole thing skip to 16:12 - amazing story). People who make shit happen against all odds have always been great inspiration for me.

me as well.

that was an epic interview btw, watched it awhile back. i've watched almost all of those interviews. a really good one is Mickey Rourke's. he went through some hard shit too.

The process/challenge is what motivates me.

99% of the world will never walk a day in our shoes. Pretty cool elite group.

People keep me motivated.
Knowing that I can do something positively to impact the world is motivation enough for me.

Nobody laugh, but I want to own a small castle someday. Lol... It's true, I even know which one I want, and it'll probably only set me back a cool 5 mil.

I'm a simple man. The freedom to travel when I want, allow my wife to quite her job and use my time and resources to make a huge impact in the lives of others (particularly children).

I look at yachts, mansions, planes, half a million dollar cars... I used to think those things were for other people, then it occurred to me. They make those things because there are people in this world with the means to buy them... Why not me...

It's all about the freedom. But the longer I bust my a$$ working towards that goal, the more toys I want. Zonda's and islands, Zonda's and islands...

Why I wake up in the morning.

Freedom to avoid the "system" as I desire. For example, rather than handing over ridiculous amounts of personal financial information, jumping through endless hoops and fulfilling every inane request of a mortgage underwriter - instead being able to say "you know what? this is ridiculous - we'll just buy the house in cash. Thanks anyways." (yes my wife and I are currently in the process of getting a mortgage for our first house and I very much want to tell the bank to f*ck off with some of their requests).

Similarly, being able to go to any doctor or specialist anywhere I want without regard as to whether they are in "my network" for insurance.

It will be nice to just be able to avoid the system as you see fit.

And, of course a Lambo at some point too.

I'm happy living as a minimalist right now, but there are a few things I dream about. I don't need a mansion - I don't know what I'd do with all that space. And the property taxes and maintenance would give me a trapped feeling. Same with a yacht. Every storm would be a real nail biter.

I want a nice house though - a beautiful mountainside bungalow with a big garage. I'll need space for my Ferrari and Lambo. My ultimate goal is to expatriate and own property around the world at a fraction of the cost. And I need to take care of my parents first. I wouldn't feel right living it up while they're still renting a shithole townhouse in the burbs.

Same man the first thing I do with the money I make providing people with solutions to needs is to free my parents to do whatever they desire.

What motivates me?
I am motivated because I have no other choice;
no way that I'm going to trade my entire life for some miserable paychecks.
I am motivated because this is my own only life and I've got to be the protagonist of it;
no way that I can't accomplish something that an other man can accomplish.
I am motivated because I want to do what I love without the fear of money;
if I want something I take it.
I am motivated because I want to work my a$$ off full time before I turn 18;
who cares about partying, who cares about baloney activities, who cares about school, at the moment business is everything.
I am motivated because I know that big money is only waiting for me.
And I'm going to take it.
