The formula is pretty simple:
- Piece together an agenda for a 2-3 hour event in the biggest city near you
- Develop a target market (early stage developers, product managers, people shifting into freelancing or agency work)
- Walk them through how to use specific tooling to achieve specific outcomes: for example, building an end-to-end app with Antigravity
Other notes: you'll need to find a space. I am not sure how others are approaching this right now, but it's not hard. Hit up hotels, co-working spaces, and maybe even hotel bars or other bars. You need to get around 20-30 people attending. You might be able to strike up a deal with a restaurant to handle the food side of things. Otherwise, plan to offer food & coffee. You need to put on an event. You could easily walk away with $2k to $5k per event.
As for the actual product here, you'll need to solve a specific pain point and this can't just be an intro to vibe coding. Basically, just read through everything on my two Antigravity threads, and you could repurpose this into your own in-person workshop: - AI - - Cancel your Replit/Lovable subscriptions. One idea: help people scope out and build and end-to-end product, while connecting it to MCP, GitHub, Supabase, and Stripe, and they'll walk away with something they can use in the future. All within 3 hours. A lot of people probably can't do that on their own in 3 hours time.
The best part is this is viable in every city. Everyone can target a different target market or different tooling. Yes, there is a lot of competition for this right now. But if you are charismatic and have a solid grasp on current AI trends and tools, you can do this. As with most things AI, the window is "now" and this opportunity is ripe for 2026. Make $$$ and help people get acquainted with AI at the same time.
The entire world is in need of this. The economy is going to shift, jobs will get displaced temporarily as investors and CEOs redefine what roles look like and the skillsets people need to possess. Those skillsets are AI and agentic AI.
