I did a lot of research and learning on electronics and wiring today, as well as deciding what type of lights should be used for the frame. It seems "rock lights" typically used on off-road vehicles and trucks would be suitable due to their waterproof status and luminosity during the day and night. They are also reflective.

I also wired up a button test for the LEDs once they arrive. It's pretty boring but it helped me get some more groundwork laid out for the actual remote.

I'm going to be CAD modeling the frame soon and get all the components stuffed in there so I can create an MVP and show this off to potential buyers.
