What the pattern is telling us​

The winners cluster hard around outdoor/skilled trades and no-appointment service businesses — and the logic is consistent:

• Genuinely static needs. A tree service or fence contractor needs "who we are / what we do / service area / call us." No booking engine, no ordering, no portal. That's exactly your constraint, and it's why they beat higher-profile niches like chiropractors (55.8 — dragged down because they often want online scheduling and are needier).
• Phone-call businesses = low neediness. These owners convert leads by phone, not by fiddling with their site. They want it to look legit and rank locally, then leave it alone — perfect for a set-and-forget retainer.
• High job value = trivial willingness to pay. One tree removal or fence job is $1,500–$8,000. $59–99/mo is a rounding error, so churn risk is low.
• The sleeper is Fire Protection / Life-Safety Inspection (#3). It's a B2B compliance niche — sticky, underserved by DIY builders, and the recurring-value story writes itself. That's the one I'd flag as the most defensible pick even though it scored third.
• Auto repair (#4) carries the one real asterisk the skeptic raised: a slice of them do want online booking. It still survived, but it's the finalist most likely to push for features outside your static box.
