My situation means the quick flip raise cash to fund the business/give a few rent cheques woukd be very helpful, however I'm in a remote area and cant drive so that narrows it down to things that can be mailed (suprising how many items are but are not sent or are immovable)

I thought maybe phones but everyone wants them cheaply and not enough people willing to arrange delivery. I tried property (commercial) because i can't afford the license for residental but didn't find buyers. There seems to be no buyers.

I don't think you and I have the same understanding of the meaning of the word excuse.(I'm editing this to sound less harsh) as opposed to reason. I am not sure what you would suggest. Learning to drive is part of my lambos okay? You can't buy a lambos with $50 and that's not an excuse , you need to earn first. So I need to earn in order to learn to drive.

Note , I'm not saying I can't flip, I'm having trouble flipping

Are you suggesting I drive without a license? Are you suggesting I practise to drive illegally? Hell, you cant drive even if you jabe a license and no car. I have decided not to break the law, that's my reason, I suppose you can say my excuse is I want to be law abiding.

A much better solution is too move where this is a non issue or come up with a method that doesn't rely on transport. That's what I'm doing my best and failing miserably at.

Remember I only said because I was asked. I'm curious would you tell someone being blind is an excuse for not being able to drive?
