Hey everybody, I was hoping to get some feedback on this idea. Good or bad let me hear it!

Audience: Software Developers trying to get a job/struggling with interviews

Main Idea:
A service that provides mock interviews/technical interviews on zoom (lockdown browser for technical interview also). The big factor is that I’d want to get past / present hiring managers from development/tech companies to perform these interviews. It would all be very professional, and replicate a real interview as much as possible. Perhaps even allow users to “apply” and “interview” for the same job and compete for who will get it (just a thought that came to mind, may or may not decide to add this). Users would get detailed feedback from the interviewer on the positive/negative aspects of their performance.

Some specifics:
Users select a company from the website, say we got someone on board from Microsoft, they select Microsoft set a date and time to do the mock interview do the mock interview and are provided technical interviews from the Microsoft person, which would be like a programming problem/task. The idea is that they would be getting a practice interview/ or technical interview from someone that has been an actual interviewer at a software company and knows what to ask and the technical problems that would be asked.
