Since I'm about to take action on the pursue of my dreams (or I already started depending how you see it) I decided to analyze myself and eliminate the things I've avoided for a long, long time.

While doing some research in order to stop my eternal insomnia and lack of self discipline on this matter, I found this posts and found them pretty useful. I'm going for it!

I think that more important than the sleeping part is the self discipline. I NEED to get on shape and quit smoking. One step at a time, this year will be the last that I avoid this problem.
