Road to a 10K€ APP portfolio - Progress Thread

Hello, I am the author of this post where I tried (and succeeded) to earn more than €2,000/month after taxes.

Last quarter, I earned around €4,500/month after taxes and expenses. Right now, however, competitors have been popping up everywhere.

This quarter will probably be lower.

What is the goal of this thread? To reach €10K/month after taxes and document my progress.

Issues That Have Held Me Back​

1. Lack of direction: I was doing things without a clear plan or objective.
2. Neglecting existing apps: I wasn’t working on the apps I already had.
3. Losing my drive: I lost my hunger and slacked off for months.
4. Complicated family situation: Combined with working 40 hours (or whatever was needed) at my 9-to-5 job.

The Plan​

• Monday: Review day for all apps (currently 3). I will dedicate about 1 hour to this.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Marketing tasks, monetization testing, customer support, and general UI testing. 1 hour per day.
• Saturday and Sunday: Coding tasks that require heavy, sustained effort—launching new apps, complex features for my current apps, and hard-to-fix bugs.
