So I started begrudgingly getting feedback from managers, working strategies, tediously practicing.<br /> <br /> 10 grueling interviews later and I landed an early promotion and higher salary than guys who have been at the company longer.<br /> <br /> It&#039;s sad because my coworkers were not stuck for lack of hard work. They were just as capable. They just didn&#039;t channel their efforts optimally.</div>

The mobile &quot;hamburger&quot; menu will show up more and more on desktop.</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">they are already doing the mandate here in SF at a lot of places over the last couple weeks and most people are loving it, very few people complaining about it. I don&#039;t eat much at restaurants or bars so it doesn&#039;t affect me but as soon as it applies to all employees or to enter grocery stores etc, that&#039;s going to be interesting to see.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Has anyone done a test on allergies - if so was it accurate?<br /> <br /> I am allergic to <i>something</i> but can&#039;t figure out what. I sometimes start sneezing like crazy and then it&#039;s gone 20 minutes later. Have never been able to figure it out but it never was bad enough to go to a doctor either.</div>

It&#039;s itchy but it works. I got allergy shots for several years. It really helped long term!</div>

I&#039;ve had one of those tests, and it is highly accurate.<br /> <br /> Go to an ENT/allergy clinic. I also took allergy shots for years and was basically cured for years after that.<br /> <br /> They&#039;ve slowly come back though once I finished maintenance.</div>

Not at all.<br /> <br /> Stocks aren’t better though. Most stocks are held in the broker’s name and the government heavily controls and regulates all of those publicly traded financial assets.</div>
