Question guys. I am looking to transition out of being a Realtor into a new fastlane business.

Are marketing agencies / ppc / ppl / lsa / meta ads / etc.. still a business model that is working or good future growth?

What are the new skills / forefront of what's working now and to see future growth for the next 5+ years etc..

I am not necessarily looking for a golden goose business idea, but more of what skills should one be acquiring now or could be acquiring that they could use in a future endeavor etc..
