Promote a book with Amazon Ads

Hello, I launched an Amazon Ads (ad) 5 days ago. The expenses are increasing little by little but I haven't recorded any sales yet, the book is good and is selling very well here in France so I don't think it comes from there...
Attached you will find the various statistics in photo. I know that 5 days is not enough, but I would like to see results fairly quickly. Do not hesitate to criticize the book too, title description etc. Any lesson is good to take.

For low margin items, like books, I'm not sure advertising on Amazon on pays. I use it as a loss-leader, to expand my message, knowing that any profit from it is unlikely. Several authors here have used it in the past and found it is simply too expensive, regardless of short- or long-tail keywords.

Alright thanks for getting back. What do you advise me in this case, animate a blog related to skateboarding to promote my book, youtube channel?
