Hello,
after I developed my own small janitor business (lawn mowing, small house services) I had an idea.
I'm in Germany.

To be passive physically my own:
Connecting costumers with those small local janitors.
I set up a website where costumers can choose between packages in a subscription base.

I get in contact with those existing janitors to help them getting costumers and managing that the costumers pays.

I dont owe the service if sth a work isn't done (good).

How I get money I have in mind the combination of a monthly automatic fee and a percentage of the costumers payments.

Opinions on getting those costumers and janitors?
