I am setting up a WordPress site so that people pay monthly for the content that I will make available. So far, so good. however, I want to allow 7 days grace period for the person to test the platform, but in order for them to sign up, it will be necessary to put the card details so that after 7 days, if they do not cancel, they will be charged. and at the same time, during this grace period, only some content is available and the rest blocked. Have you tried Sumo Subscriptions plugin? You can definitely do that.

However, I recommend charging $1. You'll actually get more signs up as people don't want to put in their CC for a free trial. But when they see it's just $1 for 7 days, they think it's a sweet deal.
