Some months ago, I made a post on here about how I should go about the legalities and process of a business plan. I got great feedback that helped me kickstart the idea into an actual business. I've started up a monthly subscription protein-supplement box business; it's six different single-serving protein supplements in a box paired with a diet/nutrition/fitness infographic on the inside of the box delivered to you every month. It's admittedly a shitty V1 of the box, but it's all I can afford right now as a last-year college student. I've proved sales through some warm outreach (not close friends or family), but that's it.
I'm at the point now where I feel like I don't know where to go. I can't afford to run paid ads, that's for sure. The only marketing I've been doing the past month is just posting content across 3 social media platforms about the industry, my box, or anything in topic with what I offer. I barely get any traffic to my store. I started and read Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers and $100M Leads books and thought both were great, but I feel I'm stuck at the leads portion. For every idea or method I try to market, I find quick ways to shut it down for whatever reason (no money for it, stupid ideas that probably will never work, etc.). I don't have any leverage with brands to get protein supplement products for free as I can't prove reasonable sales, so for now, I've been buying the supplements through retail. Going that route, the average cost per box to make is about $18; one of the ideas that stuck with me from $100M Offers is to start with a low price and raise it I see more promise in sales, but I can't get the sales even selling the box at a loss ($10 for a subscription).
If you were in my position with barely any money to use towards business expenses with only a few V1 boxes left and a very V1 website, how would you prove more sales?
(EDIT) By protein supplements I mean 3 protein powder samples, 1 protein bar, 1 protein snack, and 1 protein shake
