Mobile app programing

Hello my dear entrepreneurs,

I'd like to ask you, more experienced than me, I would like to develop a mobile app (with I'd say pretty complex features such as scheduling, payment and order system, also with customer to customer and business to customer communication features) and I'm quite inexperienced in programming and probably won't be as for me it is thing from another universe (I know some might say things like: "you should push yourself and learn it!" but I'm not here for that).

So the thing is,

what would you recommend me to do in order to develop such an app, where should I look for programmers or any software that could help, anything. You can blindly shoot ideas idc.
