how did you start

I suspect MJ started by getting either:

1. A lead of someone looking for a limo.
2. A limo company looking for leads.

Welcome to the forums.

He has a whole section on this within the book BUT with the warning that it is no longer relevant (with the specific details) since time has moved on.

Much more important is his overall strategy, mindset, and CENTS framework.

I'm from Italy and the same service of limos.com isn't present here, so was thinking why not create the same business model here and since I got this idea by reading MFL I thought that the best person to ask is MJ.

Of course I realize that times have changed but here in italy there are a lot of limo businesses and there isn't an intermediate website.

The actually thing that is holding me back is the money i need to invest. I could go all in from scratch but i need to see the numbers first to see if there is actually a market. Could be all excuses I know, but I did some mistakes in the past.
