Managing Link Exchanges / Backlinks

A question for the affiliate marketing pros - What do you guys use to manage your link exchanges / backlinks to your sites?

I'm sure this could be done with a spreadsheet and wouldn't be that big of deal if you only have a few sites to keep tabs on, but is there a program / software out there that you've used that makes managing this easier? I've seen a few programs out there, just not sure if they're worth it / do what they claim to do.
