I'm a 13-year-old middle schooler, and I recently bought a $5 membership plan, leaving me with $5.67 in my PayPal account. My life could've been like any other kid's, but seeing my 63-year-old dad working 10 hours a day with back and knee problems has changed that. For over a year now, I've been passionate about entrepreneurship. I still dream of making $200k a month, buying my parents their dream house and car, helping my dad's family back in our home country, going on business trips to learn new skills, and partnering with other businesses to open my own store—all at just 13 years old. But right now, I can't even make $5 a day online.
My uncle owns the apartment we rent, and recently, he and my dad had a heated argument over the rent being raised to $1,500 a month, while others pay $1,400. Despite all this, my goal remains the same: I want to make $200k per month to make my parents proud. I'm not interested in luxury cars, clothes, brands, or watches—I just don't want my dad waking up at 6 AM to work for 10 hours at his age. I know it's not my fault that I'm still young, but I feel like I could do so much more to support him and keep him from being pushed around by the world. I'm ready to take on his responsibilities, but I don’t know how to be as strong as he is. I admire and respect him more than anyone else, and I’m willing to do anything for him.
Right now, my immediate goal is to make $5k per month to retire my dad, pay our bills, and make my parents proud. I’d love to be like other teenagers, getting caught up in games, parties, or whatever, but I know that being average won’t get me anywhere extraordinary. I’m great at school, earning all A’s with minimal effort. I have two website ideas that I've been itching to try, but if anyone has a better idea to help me make $5k a month to retire my dad, I’m all ears—it would change our world. I know everyone faces obstacles no matter how hard they try to avoid them, and I understand that failing 100 times but succeeding once is still worth it.
Here are my two website ideas:
1. A recipe website that features every kind of recipe from around the world. What makes it unique is a premium subscription that allows users to participate in contests to create certain dishes, win prizes, and socialize with others who share a passion for cooking.
2. A time capsule website where people can send messages, pictures, or videos to their future selves as reminders. The premium package would let them send these to others and even include a VR world.
I have some coding skills, but I'm looking for someone who can help me turn these website ideas into reality. I don’t even have enough money to buy a domain. I’ve been doing online surveys to earn money, but it’s not very efficient. I wanted to get the INSIDER subscription, but I couldn’t afford it, and I didn’t want to lose my account, as it gets closed if a subscription isn’t purchased within 48 hours.
If anyone can help me with the website, teach me, or even suggest another idea to make $5k a month while working on the website in my free time, it would mean everything to me. This forum is probably one of my last hopes in my entrepreneur journey. At the very least, thank you @MJ DeMarco for motivating me to start this journey
