Looking For a Mentor

I've decided that my goal for this summer is to find a fastlane mentor. I figured that I would start my search here, because this is, of course, the Fastlane Forum. I'm looking for a mentor because while I would LOVE to be able to start a fastlane business right now by myself, I'm just spinning my wheels here. I feel like I know what the fastlane is, I acknowledge that it exists, but it's just not coming together for me. Actually MJ had a section in the book where he described the exact feeling that I feel right now (it's in the beginning, before he moved to AZ).

If you run a fastlane business (or 2 or 3...) and you would be open to some free labor in exchange for knowledge on starting and running a fastlane business, including finding ideas, determining which ideas have the most potential, taking action on ideas and executing successfully, and anything else useful.

I would be most interested in someone who has already started, run, and sold at least 1 fastlane business and is in the process of starting another. Plus, I could probably be the most useful for some one in the startup stage (free labor and another helping hand to get it started).

I would also be interested in someone who has been (and still is, of course) successful with real estate. Preferably multi-unit/commercial real estate, but it doesn't really matter.

Location doesn't really matter (well as long as it's in the US). If you're in NC or MI, that's a plus, but I'll go anywhere.

By the way, if you're just looking for free labor with no intention of giving away information, then don't bother. Or, if you plan on doing some "mentoring" and then selling me on your "money-making system," piss off.

If you'd like to know a little about me, I'm a college student studying economics. Really frustrated with college, because I'm not learning anything practical or useful to an entrepreneur. Then again, that's not its purpose. I have a moderate level of skill with PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, and SEO. I have run a mildly successful affiliate blog and have launched and run a mildly successful online service. I can help you with a website or something online, I can help move your boxes, I can filter paperwork, or whatever.
