82 reply pig-pile on a new guy that said something silly. We've all done it before somewhere and at some time. (I'm probably doing it now.)

Guess he won't be clicking any ads, becoming an insider, or making any market place purchases, nor will the 1000's of parked/ new contributors who see how a single misstep in this highly nuanced sub-culture pans out.

Entrepreneurs/ wantrepreneurs don't have to eat their young to farm for likes.
It's nice to come across a comment from a valiant champion willing to take on the horde and defend the vulnerable
BUT
this thread is not a pig pile, nearly everyone is actually trying to help in their own way.
As a newish forum member with a lot to unlearn as well a lot to grasp for the first time, I'm encouraged by the way FLF'ers handle this man's query, and likewise I would be pretty thankful for the effort and value invested for calling me out on mistakes. I'm afraid though I'll just be too boring or uncategorizable ever to receive this kind of feedback when I need it.

Kudos to PO for his skill at inviting honest, kindly feedback and reeling it in. Quite the fisherman.

I don't think this pile up diminishes the value of the forum, really the opposite.

Its just for Inspiration List
I did this research list from the surface part, not deep part
Thanks for the breakdown :)

With all due respect sir, I believe your source of motivation won't last long. How old are you? What is your mental age?
The people that I know who fantasize over supercars and make it their motivation are high school kids and college students.
When they start looking for jobs, they feel motivated by successful people with rich houses and hot wives.
When they reach their mid-50's, their source of motivation becomes people with financial independence who tour around the world every quarter of a year.
Does your motivation push you forward in days where you are not being productive? Are you being productive every day?
One of my seniors was from an extremely poor background. His dream was to get into one of the best colleges in India and receive a stipend to support his family. He went to the best college in my country, saw the people around him, sat there for hours, asked the people around him for advice and left at around midnight. That night, he slept on a railway platform. He was hungry, both for food and to enter this college. He told me that every time he was idle, he used to look up for images of the college and watch videos on youtube about the campus tour. Sadly, after a year he didn't make it into that college but got selected in the 3rd best college instead. The placement offers for both are almost the same.

I really want you to beg someone owning a Lambo to take you for a ride. Know how it feels to own one. Visit a shop selling you Lambos and keep asking for the prices. This will be more beneficial to your goals than making a spreadsheet of people owning one while you lay down on your couch scratching your butt.
I hope your source of motivation won't die like most people.

Even MJ doesn't have currently have a lambo, that's fine.
He wrote 2 books.

I am the Audience of MJ who is paying/giving my attention his words in the forum.
I am the Audience of MJ who is paying/giving my attention to his 2 books.
I am investing my valuable time on his work & the forum.

I was telling myself - Why Did I ignore/skip TFL Forum before and Just Figured it out this year - As I was focusing on Facebook Groups! I can't have it in both ways

Door Number 1: "But They Sell Lambo" - I am guessing you are saying they are High End/Elite Car Salesman.
Unless you meant a Course Creator
I have never seen a Course Creator sells his Lambo but he sells his Course/Training Program like Joining Inner Circle by paying $$$

I would rather wait & find somebody else until I feel confident in me than facing buyers remorse. This is a Sales Lesson

Note to be Taken: An Equation without Guesswork/Theory = It becomes a Reliable Process

But I believe having a Sales Skill/Social Currency in Life is beneficial in non Sleazy, gimmicky, Pushy way
Working in Car Dealership is good work experience I believe
Another Thing is that, in high school & college, they don't teach Sales.

Door Number 2: Crashed it as They made Car Accident ? That would be known as = Not Taking Care of himself first.
Nope I would not trust them because they did not take care of themselves in the first place
This is something I learnt from Garrett White - Owner of Wake Up Warrior: You Gotta Sell yourself FIRST and then People will listen to you

Door Number 3:
That's like Saying:
Mr Anderson with Lambo Says: 7 + 3 = 10
Mr Benjamin with Lambo Says: 2.5 X 4 = 10

Note to be Taken: An Equation without Guesswork/Theory = It becomes a Reliable Process

I would not say System To Determine
I will say Little Variables to Determine

This Door leads to my Original Post - I said: When I create a List, Spreadsheet -> It gives me Focus by bridging the Inspiration, what to do without wasting any further time.

I would not worry ranking like mileage/horsepower
I would say possibly the price tag without being a**hole

But I will say this:
A Lambo is a Lambo
Just like Benjamin Franklin's Face on a $100 Bill is Benjamin Franklin's Face on a $100 Bill
Benjamin Franklin is not gonna reduce his value no matter what!

Door Number 4:
Nope - I won't trust them if my research says they didn't do the business but got the free lambo from raffle draw. The Odds of winning a Lambo - It's unrealistic day dream

I have never bought a Lottery Ticket in my life from the Gas Station - This means I can't answer what you asking.
I will answer your question depending what I have experienced in my life and I know already
I have been to the Gas Station to use the toilet, to get quick food to fill my belly to survive.
But I have never bought a Lottery Ticket from the Gas Station

I would feel privileged to take life, financial, business lessons from people who are the Top - Food of the Chain
That's why I call this Whale
This is Mentoring but in order to get access to them, it's not easy
If I have access to them, I would replicate the process and I would do it for myself.
The Whale by its size is the most obvious creature in the ocean.
The Whale is not the top oF the food chain.
The Whale eats kibble by comparison with Apex Fish.
The Whale eats krill, larvae, shrimp, lightweight crustraceans, microscopic animals and yes sometimes it swallows fish too. But it is not a fish hunter. It is passive as a balloon around real Top of Food Chain creatures.
The Whale also is not even a fish.
1. The point here is that you have to look beyond appearances.
2. The simplest frames of analysis are sometimes useless.
3. A Whale is not in fact at the top of the food chain but you chose to make it a symbol of power at the top anyway.
4. So a symbol has imaginary meaning. It is not empirically valid. So be careful not to use symbols as if they are signs. Lambo is only a symbol of wealth. A symbol has imaginary power only. A Lambo is not a reliable sign of wealth.
5. Don't use a unreliable sign as a fact. An unreliable sign misleads you.

I'm stating this message three different ways because I think you code reality with your imagination and then run with it.

The nice thing going on here is that you have the option to do some reality checking. All these posters are giving you dozens of examples of reality checking. Even the a**holes-sounding comments.

Just wait till you start looking at boats! You would need a garage full of $500k Aventadors just to buy a used midrange sportfish.

Is that an advice or warning ?

Fox,

Man I love your reply.
I know my learning measure is not even part of average but I did think about like this below

Like in Health/Fitness, there are 2 Measures - (For Hypothetical Example):
Qualitative Measures: Stress Level, Energy Level, Sleep Hours, Hunger Status, Body Image/Self Esteem, Strength
Quantitative Measures: 90 Days/3 Months/12 Weeks from now: Your Weight would be 180 lbs to 160lbs = Do the Exercise & get the Result

Basically what I did.
I started to think like a fisherman
I casted a wide net in the ocean and made a list of Lambo & Bentley
I was keeping my eyes on Whale People, not fish people.
Even though I admit I am the Fish in the ocean
I was not judging average fish people
I was studying Lambo Whale People

The List I made, it was main purpose is to research & study about Lambo people
That's it
Plain & Simple

If I want a lambo for myself, I will take lambo advice from who already have lambo in their disposal = It makes sense
If I approach a Person who has Honda Civic, and start asking advice about Lambo = It does not make sense
To the contrary! Having a Lamborghini does not mean that the 'owner' of the car can truly afford it, not unless you're thinking of the sidewalk definition of affording something meaning you can make the monthly payment for many years and end up paying double the value of the item when interest is said and done. Many people purchase things they cannot afford, and instead of owning the object, they are owned by it.

Additionally, just because someone can truly afford a Lamborghini, does not in any way, shape or form mean that they will choose to buy one. Your list shows that what you value in a mentor is flashiness, which does not equate to success or even true wealth.

Indeed, I apologize if I came out forceful.
I've been left handed since the day I was born
Even I am left-handed and my style of writing is weird. I write with my pen facing downward.

The Whale is the

I am glad you have asked me
Sure I will tell you

See this 1 image: See the Bridge
Even when I google: "The Emotional Journey of creating something great & see the images"
It's the almost same

So I came up with a Pattern
It's kinda like Algorithm:
Algorithm: If this happens ___, do this ______

Motivation, Inspiration is only good in small amount of way like chunks, Not Big or Giant Way
But Motivation, Inspiration do lasted only for next few minutes which doesn't translate to go Forward
So you Build Momentum as Bridge Inspiration with Right Mentor with Right Industry by listening their words
So this is where the Right Mentor with Right Industry come in and Learn from those people
So it's upto the Person which right mentor & right industry I need to choose & it requires Study, Research

I did this dumb mistake before:

[Past] Right Problem: Right Enthusiasm + Wrong Sequence = Shooting Blanks/Building Sand Castles
[Present] Right Problem: Right Enthusiasm + Right Sequence = Satisfactory Result

And Yes

Right Mentor + Right Industry + Come up with some Structure/Framework + Replicate the Process without Doubt/Theory/Guesswork + Do the Work like Marathon like hitting singles, not homerun = You get Result
Bad idea! Don't use your thoughts like this! It's magical thinking.
This is like saying "I will make something up and then it will become true."
Look up the meaning of "paradigm." You should not think up a paradigm for reality and then live according to your paradigm.
By the way, this is what religious fundamentalists do too. Not a good idea!
Being around people and doing tangible effective actions will break you out of this spell of magical thinking. Look up "delusional thinking."
You have a lot of courage and tenacity, man. I look forward to hearing about your journey from here so please stick around.

What if it is a half salvaged 10 year old Lambo that is stuck on cinderblocks? Or what if they drive a ferrari...
It's funny you say this, but one of the lowest grossing sales guys at my job drives a luxury british car. It's a salvage title that has so many problems that he's always needing advances on his commission to keep the thing running.

Meanwhile, a dude that takes home 450k a year drives an SUV with a missing grill. If you ask him why, it's because "the guys at the shop were trying to take me behind the bushes".

There's an escort who lives in my building who just bought an Aventador.

I should probably ask her for financial advice instead of the usual stuff I ask her for.

That reminds me of a very old joke about a man asking the price on services and her responding with grander and grander things she had or could buy. (I don’t want to run afoul of a no risqué joke policy)

I have been around with Self Help/Self-Improvement/Personal Development Industry for a while.
It's all good but at the same time it is exhausting like which people shall I listen to for advice
So many people are there but there was no list to narrow down manually.
When there is no structure & framework in life, it becomes chaos and ended up frustrating.

Thus, I have decided that I will only listen to those people who have Lamborghini & result
Here is the List of Lamborghinis
Don't be silly. Get on twitter. People brag. You'll find the people, skills, and occasionally fast cars
