i may have potentially stumbled on "the one", an app idea that fits CENTS.
In the context of a very specific industry, it involves connecting employers to employees.
Obviously i want the employees to register for free in the system.
But how do i monetize the employers?
Should i do fee per job posting?
or subscription based(in this industry the job openings change constantly, it can be very short term work)
Also i can make the app such that employers can post information for Customers as well, which further reinforces a subscription based monetization.
i'm leaning towards subscription.
