Just want to let everyone know about my uncertain mistakes so you don't run into the same situation.
I think Google is over emphasize the local search result above traditional search.
My local listing on Google was flagged for content review for two weeks now. In other words, I am unable to find my business on Google Map any more and unable to find my site using the same keywords used in local listing. It also affect my web site search ranking. My top 3 keywords are now dropped from #2 spot to hell.
Although my site is still searchable with other keywords, my Google search traffic on those top keywords have drop 80% (soon be 100%). In other words, if you use the same keywords in your local listing and web site. Your site will be removed from both local search and traditional search result all together with the same keywords. This makes me wonder that Google take local listing very seriously.
What have I done to get my listing flagged? To be honest, I don't know what triggers the flag.
Here are the changes I made about two weeks ago.
Here are some possible reasons that I think Google will flag your local listing.
I have updated my listing content to correct the possible mistakes last week, but my list is still flagged. I don't know how long it will take to remove the flag and get my list appear again. Finger crossed.
Don't bet your search traffic solely on Google.

Here are the changes I made about two weeks ago.
- I added few entries to "additional details", which contains links to pages on my site and same main keywords I used on my web site.
- I made few changes in matter of 2 days.
Here are some possible reasons that I think Google will flag your local listing.
- Private MailBox as address, even the address don't look like PO BOX.
- Keywords in the business name (I had this since 9 months ago without any issues). Don't know if this is the trigger.
- Links in the additional details (I believe this is the trigger of getting your list flagged)
- Too many changes in few days.
