There was a time when I was doing quite well. I was making $6-10k/month (with a peak of $14k/month profit) all from Google organic search.
These were good times. I had knowledge about how to make quality content & rank and managed a team of 2-3 writers. It wasn't that easy but at the time it wasn't hard for me. I learned what worked great for me.
Keep reading if you want to read a good part...
Then a Google update came and took away all our positions. What happened behind the scenes were some shady tactics that Google employed:
Google's algorithm changes destroyed countless jobs and businesses, favoring big players - this abuse of power should have some legal action and public attention (there were sites firing 10 - 100 writers some even more)
So f* you Google. That's why I started using DuckduckGO. Never looked back.
Of all the website owners I know who were doing similar or better than me, only 1 out of 20 is still doing well with their old sites.
So what I'm doing lately?
Well all my projects failed so far:
I've experienced everything from almost burning out to feeling extremely sad.
But I never gave up.
What's next?
Now it's on me to get better. Got any questions, comments?
ONWARD.

Then a Google update came and took away all our positions. What happened behind the scenes were some shady tactics that Google employed:
- A Reddit deal involving AI (suddenly Reddit content was in top positions)
- Google AI overview = effectively stealing content
- Pushed just big brands to the top
- Pushed Youtube on top positions
- and many more shady things have been used.

Well all my projects failed so far:
- - Ecommerce Amazon FBA (failed) / One of the hardest projects. It was a custom project with custom video tutorials. I managed to build it up in 3 months 5000pcs! 3 different variations and almost burning out.
- - AI project (failed) / Everyone went in AI projects.
- - newsletter project (failed) The cost per email was affordable. Problem that all newsletters face is monetization that no one will tell you. (
- - 1 new small content site (failed) growing slowly but that's just not it
- - 1 directory site (failed) yelp site is everywhere.
I've experienced everything from almost burning out to feeling extremely sad.
But I never gave up.
What's next?
- I made a private group where people who have successful projects will meet in person. (Max around 10 people)
- I'll try to get a work-from-home job for max 4h/day.
- I'm working on a new project. I'll talk more about how it's going in upcoming posts.
- I'll try to risk less. Most of projects I went in were high risk, high learning curve.
- I need to get better at focus!
Now it's on me to get better. Got any questions, comments?
