Anyone read his work or following him?

He seems to have great insights.

A business that revolves around the charisma of a the founder is not sellable because the buyer cannot continue profit from it. Tony Robbins could write a book and make million but he just couldn’t package “this” as a company and sell it.

He also teach about how to have subscription Revenue in business that is typically not associated with it.

I am buying “The Automatic Customer”. If it is good I will buy the older book “Built to sell” also.

I have both. I enjoyed them and recommend them both to people (depending on what they’re up to). They’re a nice wee size too.

Here’s a short video review I did:

I did create a wee thread about the other book but can’t remember what I called it.

I read: Built to sell, A GREAT BOOK.
It made me understand that the business that I already have today, I can make it grow, systematize, automate and sell it if I wanted to.
He tells it like a story, apart from being very entertaining, easy to read, I found it very valuable to me.
The automatic client, I don't read it yet, just the summary.
Although in my opinion, the latter should be read in second place.
