I started paying attention to entrepreneurship about ten years ago. (I'm 47 now).
I stumbled across a blog called "The Rant" by a well-known copywriter called John Carlton, it sounded fascinating.
I'd never paid any thought to who wrote ads and stuff before, like most people I guess.
So, I read all I could find on copywriting. Blogs, books, free courses, cheap paid products.
Never actually WROTE anything really, just read about how to do it.
Then somehow moved onto affiliate marketing. Again read loads about it. Signed up for Clickbank...did nothing.
Then it's all a blur:
For most of these I've got a Gmail account, some I've built a Facebook page and some I've bought a domain name and built a simple website!

I have actually built a site for my wife's business and helped my Brother in law with his site and Google biz profile but haven't actually asked someone I'm not related to if I can help them.
The thing is, I'm pretty sure I've accumulated enough knowledge to actually help a local business, just haven't got the balls to make the leap.
I realise this doesn't make a fastlane business but it's a start, getting my feet wet if you like.
So that's me now.
I'm working full-time for Domino's (top sidewalk job), nearly 48 years old and thoroughly disappointed with myself.
Hoping I can learn from everyone on this forum and make something of myself.
