I only have a pretty dead company instagram, didn't consider making one specifically for the game. That's an interesting idea cause it's a very casual type app like flappy bird so i can upload short game clips occasionally i guess?

Telegram is extremely saturated. Getting likes from the same accounts repeatedly lowers your reach. But it definitely is much better than botting. If you know the right people, then you have the right network. That's when it works well. Joining a mass liking room won't do you any good.

I price my package based on the niche Im growing. A personal account of someone who wants to be Instafamous will be much harder to grow than a brand that sells products or services.

Gotcha. So, basically, you are monetizing your exclusive network which can't be accessed buying powerlikes on Telegram? If so, that's an incredible business model you have there because the entry barrier is really high.

You need to create an Instagram account for your game. Add a bio link to your company from that account. And post regularly on that. Include videos of the gameplay and mix it up with funny posts etc.

I just started one for my newest website and have thus far kept things organic. The account is growing, but very slowly. 20% growth week over week sounds good on paper except there are only about 110 followers right now.

Only difference, is I've consistently used a ton of hashtags. But engagement fell off around that same time. Doubled followers, 1/4'd the engagement. My theory was that it was the hashtags that caused IG to label me as spammy. But you didn't really use them, and the same thing happened to you.

So, I'm curious.

Nope, from Apr to Sep, I would use the same 20+ hashtags on all my posts. Then in September 2017, things suddenly came to a halt and it hasn't recover since. I'm thinking of closing the account and starting a new one.

Have you tried automation recently? They shut down instagress and I've used other's but actually ended up losing some followers no matter what settings I've tweaked. I grew the account up to 25k but nothing seems to work on automation these days. It seems like Instragram is finally cracking down on the methods or changed something so that old methods no longer work with automation.

Yes, I have successfully made over $10,000/month in Instagram marketing for clients. I have also already sold that business.

If you haven't read that thread: I started a journey where I used Instagram automation (bots) to grow Instagram followers for various people and get them real,targeted followers. I was in the game for over a couple of years when I started so I already knew how to get clients 100-150 followers per day.

Yes, I know I've made 5 figures a month doing this. But today, I am here to tell those of you who are automating your Instagram accounts or trying to grow your account by following/unfollowing, liking, commenting or DMing people, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.

"Ziad, why are you saying this? You had over 100 clients paying you $70-$150 a month, you can easily scale up and continue automating Instagram accounts." Well, truth of the matter is, I'm well set to earn much more than I was through the automation route because now my Instagram game is 100 times better. I'll type on more of this later.

Why you need to stop botting

You are hurting your Instagram account very badly if you continue to follow/unfollow and bot. Basically, you are forcing people to make a decision by engaging them first. Let's take an example:

Let's say you have an account in the dentist niche. You start growing your account by following people who have liked the most recent post of a large dentist account. Great! You get most of them to follow you back. But are they highly active and engaging with your Instagram account? Do you think they will begin to fall in love with your Instagram account, or continue to stay active and engaging with the large dentist account they already follow for a while?

98% of the times (this is based on my years of experience) these users are only following you back out of friendliness or the fact that they don't usually get friend requests from public pages so it's a "big thing" for them. 2% of the times, they are interested in your business. But here's the fun part: the 2% that's interested in your business drops down to 0.1% because they sense all this lame Instagram automation going on in your account! Do you have posts that have comments like these: "Amazing content!" "Really good post. check out my page" "Hey amazing content check out my content and give me a follow!" Basically general comments and nothing specific to your post?

These guys have automated comments running on Instagram and are liking posts that have certain hashtags in them. A total turn off for a real, potential customer. And by the way, hashtags are totally worthless on Instagram today (unless you are geotagging). I could do a whole other post on this, but that's for later.

Botting isn't TOTALLY worthless

If you have the patience to wait out a year (or more) until you actually start getting a mix of good followers + bad followers, then botting isn't worthless. You need to automate your Instagram account to atleast 75k followers and post highly engaging content. When you do reach 75k or higher, your engagement will still not be up to par because of all the bad followers you forced to follow you.

In reality, botting is A BIT better than just buying fake followers. This is true! The only difference is, fake followers give you 0 activity while forced followers give you a bit more.

Botting/Automation is only for people who are focused on spam marketing. If you own a 100 spam accounts with 100 different proxies and are spamming affiliate links every hour or so, then automation is for you. I wouldn't rely on Instagram as the platform for this sort of marketing for too long though. You need to be exceptionally cautious and experienced to avoid getting your accounts banned on a regular basis.

My Instagram Service

Back to me. I sold my business, Instagram automation, and now focus solely on manual Instagram growth. I have had several clients who have hit "Explore" on Instagram where their posts have gone viral and they have gained thousands of followers naturally. In fact, on automation, I used to grab 10,000 followers in 3-4 months.

Now, with my natural marketing methods, I've had a couple of clients gain over 35,000 followers in just over a month, regardless of how many followers they had.

What I've learned is this:

High quality content + Timing + Natural Posting + Engagement Groups + Network Influencers + Good Understanding of Instagram's Algorithm = High quality, explosive growth on Instagram.

Why did I rant? I am not selling my Instagram service nor do I intend to (I already have many clients who used my automation service hopping on to this service at a much higher price), but after years of learning Instagram (one of the biggest goldmine platforms today) I have come to realization how bad automation is compared to gaining followers more naturally.

Maybe. But whenever I post a new instagram, I get a lot of comments from people using bots and I can always tell. Their comments are always super generic and don't fit in the context of what I've just posted. I certainly don't engage/follow these people back.

Using a larger network of high AND low follow accounts to continue engaging with a post that is already on explore helps keep the post on explore for much, much longer! I have a client for example, who averaged a gain around 4,300 followers before on every post that went viral. Now his average has gone up to 9,100 because the post stays on explore for over 2 days.

Auto DMing can get you banned unless you know the safe zone for it, AKA the maximum number of DMs you can do in a day, per hour etc.
