Hey guys, quick share with you, I've been reading Mj's writings for a long time. I now see this community as family.

And from you I hope to get that help.

Currently, I live the life of an entrepreneur. I've set myself several goals. I have a dream and a burning desire, as well as a valid reason to continue.

And that reason is my family, who are stuck under the burning sun of French Guiana.

They sent me to France to study, so that I could get a good diploma, then get a good job so that I could show them around France.

But they don't know that I'm planning something big for them. I have a plan for my financial freedom, but right now I'm very doubtful.

Here are the worries:

First, I bought Iman Gadhzi's Educate program, to learn SMMA and how to make a successful one.

But I doubt, I had a whole week to contact customers, but I didn't do it.

I read a passage in one of MJ's books, that you should do the opposite of what the gurus teach you, that you shouldn't follow them blindly. That success is not an event (creation of a SMMA) but a process.

Secondly. I've created a youtube channel where I share my tips and advice, to help others. I was addicted to porn for a long time, and since I've freed myself from this addiction I'm trying to share my knowledge so that other people can free themselves too.

My YouTube channel at the very beginning (April 2023) had 5 to 10 views max for 3 subscribers. Now we're in February and I see that my new videos are doing 100 views, and on rare occasions 200 views for 50 subscribers.

The thing is, I'm finding that my progress is slow. I don't know if that's right. I'm sticking to the rhythm of one video a week, in which I give plenty of value, knowledge and experience.

The aim is to make this community grow.

Third, and the one that makes me doubt the most.

I'm in a cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH) financial set-up, with a certain Laura. This lady is my financial advisor. She's very professional, and there's nothing wrong with the way she writes and talks to me. We even spoke once by voice on Whatsaap.

But the thing is, there are several Redflags on their site, but it's too late to doubt. I've already put all my savings into the brokerage account.

$3500 Blindly invested. For a 2-month plan that's supposed to earn me between $8600 and $20,000. I have no idea if it's real and I doubt it. It seems too good to be true. But given the way the world is evolving, maybe this is a new opportunity, because something in my head tells me it must exist. It's a real person who does exist. I've seen her several times on her Whatsaap status and on her Instagram posts and stories.
There's no more than a month to go before the end of the investment plan, and the account shows $8504 in profit (every day, $140 is generated, I'm notified by e-mail.) + a bonus of $8544 due to manual trades. The plan will end on March 1, at which point I'll be able to make my first withdrawal.

In my activities I ask myself, what value do I bring? Is it real? I'm constantly asking myself if I'm acting like a good man. Several times I've thought of giving up, stopping all my activities. Because I've been in it up to my eyeballs since September 2023. It's now February 2024, and the bank account is still empty.

It's funny the situation I'm in. But I'm really starting to brood. I've even had suicidal thoughts.

What do you think Y'all? Isn't I'm Crazy? What is your currently situation?

If you overcame an addiction to porn, then that's a good thing. But this doesn't justify creating a YouTube channel about it. You have zero credibility and no reason to suspect any demand for the content.

Are you just trying to fill out a bullshit bingo card? You're creating a YouTube channel as a low-effort attempt at making money, you're dabbling in crypto, and you paid for some pointless Guru program. You are not an entrepreneur yet - you are a money chaser.

In my activities I ask myself, what value do I bring?
What value does any of your three ventures bring?

I've even had suicidal thoughts.

Hello Jon! thank you for you messages!

For the youtube channel, the fact that I've beaten this addiction could be something interesting. After all, I spent 5 years using it without moderation, and the fact is that I've managed, despite several relapses. to help others do without too.

I've read a few books, so I have some valuable advice that can help. So why not give it a try? I don't see starting a YouTube channel as an easy way to make money.

But I'll agree with you on one point: I'm a money chaser.

This is a scam and a very well know one. There is no investment, no withdrawal , consider the money you sent this person as gone.

If they haven't already, this person will go dark and block you on all social media accounts and start the scam again under a new name. Better make peace with this fact now. That's an expensive lesson to learn but now you know.

There is literally 0% chance that you will see your money again.
First, I bought Iman Gadhzi's Educate program, to learn SMMA and how to make a successful one.
Yeah, you have been had again. This is also a scam.

I've created a youtube channel where I share my tips and advice, to help others. I was addicted to porn for a long time, and since I've freed myself from this addiction I'm trying to share my knowledge so that other people can free themselves too.
Another low effort attempt. Everyone and their dog starts a Youtube channel.

Mate, to make money, you need to deliver value. To deliver value, you need to solve a problem. What problem are you solving now?

$3500 lost to a scam.

It is a very cheap lesson to move on in life. Count yourself lucky. It is a blessing in disguise.

As @Tau Ceti said, you can kiss your "investment" money goodbye, because you will never see those funds again.

As long as you keep focusing on "making money" without having a solid strategy for a real business, you will keep getting scammed by unscrupulous people who prey on money chasers.

A real business means providing real value.

It means production. Manufacturing. Distribution. Logistics.

It means solving a real problem for a real person.

Mistakes are part of the course, and I hope this will be a lesson for the future. Any kind of money-chasing behavior will have similar results, and this is not the path of a real entrepreneur.

Let's stop the bullshit, and get back to work.

What about create a Saas about freedom from addiction? A friend and I came up with this idea. He freed himself from his addiction to tobacco and various drugs thanks to an ancient method that he would like to share with the world again. And given how the number of addicts is increasing, it could be interesting.

A preliminary research includes a study on your target market segment and the issues they face, the competitive landscape, your suppliers if any, and ways of monetization.

Thank you Kevin! Let's reasearch it! And when can I consider an idea as bad? What is the sign should be?

Limited financial upside and difficult to monetise.

But you can research it and share your findings here.

And how should I react if there's competition? Even big competition in the niche I'm focusing?
Competition is not a bad thing. It means someone is paying for that service. At least a sound and proven market.

If you could find areas to improve on and provide a differentiation and skewness in value it is a potential good business. If not then otherwise.

90 percent of decent business ideas are just finding out what customers are paying for right now and make signifincant improvement in certain areas to take a piece of the pie.

Hi Kevin!
I've always had this urge to write a novel, but of high quality from a genre perhaps seen before but remixed in a more contemporary theme.

The thing is, I showed this novel to some friends, and they greatly and mostly liked it. Even though it's on the "draft" side, it's not finished yet, but a lot of people liked it. I'd like to know, wouldn't it be a good idea to get started?

Because this novel meets a need. The need for entertainment, for fiction. I've written it in such a way as to captivate the reader, to get him or her right into it. As a result, every new chapter I create is a hard mental thought, because I have to think of new ones. Banish the déjà vu and the déjà vu, and instead, put in something completely new, something unexpected.
What do you all think?

It is hard to build businesses around products and services that rank low as necessities.

For content creation, we have too much free content available. Tiktok has the highest return on time invested due to it still being a relatively new platform with a younger audience.

Ah man I must admit that right now I'm in class, there are files to hand in but I don't care, I'm trying to find a solution. I'm asking myself "What need am I satisy if I get into this? "Why am I doing this?

Hi Tau Ceti, why do you think Iman Gadhzi's Educate program is a scam?
Shouldn't we be buying courses and programs to learn more about certain sectors?
The unjustifiably high price. You can learn just about anything for free or very cheap at this point. Any course that costs thousands is almost always a scam.

Because there are scams out there that play on the misery of addicts to charge them high prices for programs that aren't worth it at all. So I'm asking you this to find out if you too are having trouble overcoming one of your addictions

Then I can help you
First of all, I don't.

Second, I wouldn't trust you to help me if I did. You have no credibility at all.

Third, you are essentially self-advertising on this forum which is against the rules.

Iman Gadzhi, has made his wealth from that course that costed you $1,500 dollars. His marketing was from YouTube. If you have a million subscribers or following. Of course you will be able to sell any product or service and get feedback as fast as possible..

Units Sold x Unit Profit
1,000 x $15,00 = $1,000,000.

4million subs, saw one of his most recent videos. Trying to sell a Plug N Play system. Nothing wrong with the content of providing a service to businesses. I.e. Web Design.

Not discounting his success, but you will be on the same lane as others that is congested. I bet there are students who have had success with his course, but also others who are failing. Survival Spotlighting.

Personally, I don't trust him.

Hi Zackery ! Thanks you very much for your message. I'm feeling you and you're right. And I'm one of this students who's failing.
But it's true that his Educate program is of the highest quality, and has enabled me to meet a valuable ally. But I still wonder how Iman has really enriched himself.
Since the initial feedback from this post. I'm completely revising my plans. I've been thinking about an idea, a high-value product that meets a need and could help millions of people.

As soon as I come up with this idea, I'll give everything in my power to see it succeed and become a reality. Tonight I'm going to spend the night writing and thinking about this idea.

I'm starting from scratch, with nothing left. All gone.

Iman Encriched himself by riding the SMMA trend, not saying it's a service that isn't valuable. You could probably find people doing it well and others not so much.

He created a course that he sold to the millions. Creating videos uploading it on YouTube and driving traffic to the product. It'd a genius move. That's the value he created for the world and the world responded positively to it.
