Iman Encriched himself by riding the SMMA trend, not saying it's a service that isn't valuable. You could probably find people doing it well and others not so much.

He created a course that he sold to the millions. Creating videos uploading it on YouTube and driving traffic to the product. It'd a genius move. That's the value he created for the world and the world responded positively to it.
That's correct, it was a great move what he did

Hey, welcome to the forum!

First, I bought Iman Gadhzi's Educate program, to learn SMMA and how to make a successful one.

But I doubt, I had a whole week to contact customers, but I didn't do it.

I read a passage in one of MJ's books, that you should do the opposite of what the gurus teach you, that you shouldn't follow them blindly. That success is not an event (creation of a SMMA) but a process.

It's not that you should do the opposite of what gurus teach, its rather that they overcharge for courses, and they usually just give you some basic business model to run with in an oversaturated market. I actually think a marketing agency can be a good business model if you can set it up correctly and provide value to your target customers. I'm working on an agency right now. But I'm going deep on understanding the services I'm offering and how to provide value to potential clients.

Secondly. I've created a youtube channel where I share my tips and advice, to help others. I was addicted to porn for a long time, and since I've freed myself from this addiction I'm trying to share my knowledge so that other people can free themselves too.

My YouTube channel at the very beginning (April 2023) had 5 to 10 views max for 3 subscribers. Now we're in February and I see that my new videos are doing 100 views, and on rare occasions 200 views for 50 subscribers.

The thing is, I'm finding that my progress is slow. I don't know if that's right. I'm sticking to the rhythm of one video a week, in which I give plenty of value, knowledge and experience.

The aim is to make this community grow.
YouTube can be good, or it can be a waste of time. Just like with the marketing agency. Youtube is dependent on whether or not you can provide interesting or useful content to your end user. Although the basic self-improvement niche is pretty filled up at this point, so you would have to be making very high quality content to stand out.

Third, and the one that makes me doubt the most.

I'm in a cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH) financial set-up, with a certain Laura. This lady is my financial advisor. She's very professional, and there's nothing wrong with the way she writes and talks to me. We even spoke once by voice on Whatsaap.

But the thing is, there are several Redflags on their site, but it's too late to doubt. I've already put all my savings into the brokerage account.

$3500 Blindly invested. For a 2-month plan that's supposed to earn me between $8600 and $20,000. I have no idea if it's real and I doubt it. It seems too good to be true. But given the way the world is evolving, maybe this is a new opportunity, because something in my head tells me it must exist. It's a real person who does exist. I've seen her several times on her Whatsaap status and on her Instagram posts and stories.
There's no more than a month to go before the end of the investment plan, and the account shows $8504 in profit (every day, $140 is generated, I'm notified by e-mail.) + a bonus of $8544 due to manual trades. The plan will end on March 1, at which point I'll be able to make my first withdrawal.

In my activities I ask myself, what value do I bring? Is it real? I'm constantly asking myself if I'm acting like a good man. Several times I've thought of giving up, stopping all my activities. Because I've been in it up to my eyeballs since September 2023. It's now February 2024, and the bank account is still empty.

It's funny the situation I'm in. But I'm really starting to brood. I've even had suicidal thoughts.

What do you think Y'all? Isn't I'm Crazy? What is your currently situation?

This last one is an actual mistake. If some random person on the internet offers you impossible returns, THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!

All of the social proof they have is fake. Even if you saw them on video call that doesn't prove they can get you any returns. Who cares if they went on a voice chat with you, or have an Instagram. That doesn't stop them from just outright lying to you even if they are a real person(which they likely aren't, you can change your voice with AI and steal pictures from other people's social media.)
The returns you see are all fabrications, they can send you an email with whatever numbers they want. They're just trying to convince you that they're legitimate so they can scam you out of more money in the future.

Look into investment scams on youtube and you'll see all the signs.

Hi Tubs! Thank you for your comment!
I'm keeping my YouTube channel, I really want to grow it and create a community. I admit that the visual quality isn't there, but the quality of the texts and what I share is there.

Since you have an agency. I'm full of doubts. I'm having doubts about the SMMA agency. Do I continue, or do I change my ways and go for another?

SMMA is a saturated channel and you're right, I noticed it during my prospecting attempts. So this tip you give me, "Do the opposite of what they say" Demarco said it too, it intrigues me, could you tell me more about it?

I'm going to try and think of another approach to take my SMMA to the next level.

Iman Gadzhi, has made his wealth from that course that costed you $1,500 dollars. His marketing was from YouTube. If you have a million subscribers or following. Of course you will be able to sell any product or service and get feedback as fast as possible..

Units Sold x Unit Profit
1,000 x $15,00 = $1,000,000.

4million subs, saw one of his most recent videos. Trying to sell a Plug N Play system. Nothing wrong with the content of providing a service to businesses. I.e. Web Design.

Not discounting his success, but you will be on the same lane as others that is congested. I bet there are students who have had success with his course, but also others who are failing. Survival Spotlighting.

Personally, I don't trust him.
This YT guys making millions from selling courses just puts a sour taste in my mouth.
On the one hand they making money and millionaires, but this 'get rich by selling you courses telling you how to get rich' is just BS to me.

Hi SSTrey, thank you for your response !
I'll tell you one thing, I was excited to see that Iman was releasing a new "Educate" platform He had done a great introduction to the system, with a great event and a very interesting story, just before selling the platform. He sold it as an incredible opportunity not to be missed.

But I was taken with doubt when I saw that 2 months later. He releases "The Rescue" The new way out of the rat race before 2024. And this new way was also a "new opportunity" not to be missed.

It's the market that is buying into it. Not all courses are bad though. Fox's course has helped people make their first sale. Even for me.

I think all in all it comes down to your motivations or your loci. We can be money hunger or become a value creator. As much as money is heavily involved in this world, if that's all that we focus on then we see nothing else.

Money is a byproduct of good work.

What is holds your attention, holds you. An old IT manager once told me.

If you focus on money, then your focus will be on that. If your focused on solving problems, then you will be focused on that.

Don't focus too much money on the dollar bill, focus on helping people.

My sister is in financial hardship and my mother only texts me when she needs something from me say even $50 dollars for my brother. At least in my POV, I am still seen as a bank or a person who they can get money from and never an actual member of the family which they could get to know. Money, money, money. I'm tired of the word. If that's all they focus on, then so be it.

Just do good work for people, there will be a time when someone will praise you for the work that you did and you will get a warm fuzzy happy feeling inside. You will know then that you did good work. I think matters the most and when those times cone cherish it. It's a wonderful feeling.

I've had more fulfillment when helping others than focusing on money. A girl named Jessica who owns a home improvement business, she was super stoked about the website that I made her. However I thought my skills were not amazing since it was a Portfolio project. She was still excited and recently told me that the website made her Sales. She had to advertise her website though, which makes sense considering a website a hub for your business.

Or take a woman named Marybeth who I helped replace her laptop at a Coffee Shop at 7pm. She treated me to Coffee and a Sandwich, all because I helped her. These events were more fulfilling than focusing on money itself.

Well said. I know exactly how you mean. I am really focussing on these concepts as I push on with my business.
I guess at times it's almost astounding seeing these course guys on YT or even motivational speaker guys making millions. I get it though.
