Hi all, a little backstory. i did a test of my niche and created an online community for soccer players, initially i didn't have any product, i just wanted to see how the market would react to it.
I ran ads in my area and collected 30 phone numbers of people who want to join the community and grow in soccer. I have skills in this because I've been a professional soccer player myself since I was a kid.

I created a call to action that only the first 20 people who send their phone number will be in the community (30 requests came in). I created a closed group for them in Telegram where there are about 30 people now. Question, how do I monetize them? I realize that I need to make the community paid, but at the moment there is no content inside the group (because initially I did just a test of my niche).

What's the best way to go about it? Make content for these 30 people, collect feedback from them and start advertising again only having feedback about the community, content and offer (example: inside the community already have guides about tom...... lessons about tom..... and it's only for X dollars).


But I also have a fear that when I announce that the community is paid, no one will want to pay and everyone will just quit.
