I have that million dollar idea - now what?!

Hi All:

I just finished MJ's book while in Mexico for a month and I was really inspired. I have always been an entrepreneur, but some of the (numerous) lessons I learned from the book are - impact millions to make real money, don't think $10,000 a month - think $100,000 per month, and the CENTS principles.

After reading the book, I really started to look around and listen to peoples wants and complaints, etc. I have come up with a great idea to fill a particular need, and it involves an e-commerce site. I have registered a great easy domain name.

So now, I know MJ says learn everything and do it yourself, but I have been involved with website design for only a brief time and I want to get this up and running quickly. I know how I can get a lot of traffic to it to start (lots of people discussing this need on another large forum!).
I want an expert who can help me with the web design, shopping cart, legal jargon and all that.

Questions -

1. should I find someone local, or online,
2. how do I keep my idea proprietary (is that right? I mean confidential),
3. what are the best ways to verify the person setting up the web site is good at what he/she does?
4 what other things should I be asking that I haven't thought of?
