I’ve been asked to give a talk at my old high school

I’ve been asked by my old school to give a talk to some students (17/18 year olds) about starting and growing my business so far.

If you haven’t read my progress thread, I’m 22 and went to university for a business degree which I used for just over a year before going full time into my service business which often nets 1k+/day

No employees yet, and trying to come up with some ideas of what to talk about.

University was a waste of time for me personally and I wish I had gone straight into business, so obviously I’m not recommending that path to anyone.

And I want to inspire them to realise that there are better ways than a crappy 9-5.

Something like this could have made a massive difference in where I’m at now saying years, so I want to be that voice for them.

So much of school in Australia is telling you to go to university so I’m going to go totally against that in my talk
