I'm more concerned about looking good naked now, but I've always wanted to hit 3 plates. I'm following Candito's training program for more of a powerbuilding routine. Basically the big 3 (or 4 if you include OHP) plus accessory movements. Be big and strong as opposed to one of the two. I'm about 30lbs shy of 315, can hit 285 solid. No struggle, no squirming, just down and up.
