My website is pretty new, and I need some help with increasing my conversions.
Any book suggestions or sites that you like for learning how to make your website convert will be very useful.
My site is in my profile. Typically for Facebook Ads I get 4-5% click rate, but of that only about 1% actually buy. I think the most useful thing I can do for my business is to get this to be much higher.
I recently added testimonials to my homepage as well as made it more clear about what makes my shop different than others. I expect this to help my conversion rate but I have not started advertising again quite yet so I do not know for sure.
I also know that some of my product listings are a little lacking compared to my main products(spheres), I intend on making these pages and collection better, but I do not think this is more useful than optimizing the site for conversions in general.
I'm not sure if anything stands out to you in terms of what can be changed to make my shop's website convert better, but any feedback or advice is appreciated.
