This week I did drink one bottle of water every day. This upcoming week, it's ditching the caffeine products one day at a time. Addictions are broken by letting go of one bad habit in exchange for another good habit. I never used to drink caffeine products 95% of the time prior to 2012. I collected Coca Cola products all my life, but I didn't drink it all the time. I drank caffeine free products.
I believe it's learning about how Caffeine can be a stimulant that first responders around the world use to stay awake on 3rd shift. It tends to contribute to anxiety, stress, heart disease. Energy drinks are not my thing and never have been. I never drank coffee much all my life. I can't stand plain coffee. Since the flavored coffees came out, I only drank it some mornings in 2012 to be awake for work. I still didn't drink it much. I believe we need a healthier way to stay awake, because this is not the answer all the time for a long period of time.
The problem with first responders, is they are pushed to the limits in all areas. Caffeine is an old way of staying awake. I'm sure the research is out there and how it is not always the best option.
Coca-Cola started with cocaine in it, and it was taken out for the addiction. Caffeine became the new addiction.
Water is the purest thing we can drink, but I don't like drinking plain water either. It's finding flavoring to add that doesn't cause health risks and breaking addictive tendencies.
We have seen them create non-alcoholic beverages.
The thing about drinking anything, is what are we drinking? The other is the taste, the flavor, and why we had taste tests back in the day with Pepsi and Coca-Cola. I don't remember what that course was, but I remember the first time I went to college after I graduated from High School, we actually had a taste test between those drinks.
There is diversity in drinking water. All of them taste different. I remember buying this bottled water in 2022, and it tasted like Plastic, and I could not even drink it. Doing some research, I figured out the possibility of why, was it could have been sitting on a truck for too long in the heat. I love vitamin water.

Since I'm a Junk-tion Girl, it's simple to say the Junk Journals from Millennial's means: One man's Junk is another man's treasure. We're all diamonds in the rough, we are purified, cut deep, and you end up with beautiful junk jewelry, or maybe even the best Jewelry in the world that sparkles, glows, and shines over time. We transform junk into recycling, making new products, and re-inventing the wheel with whatever materials we can find.
I remember in science Class in fourth grade, we had to get this jar, collect rocks, leaves, sand, or whatever we could find outside. We put all the stuff in the jar, filled it with water, and shook it up. It can be all dirty, you can see nothing, but then it clears up. The same with a snow globe. You can shake it up, and it still becomes clear water. I believe many times walking by faith and not by sight, you learn that at times, you may not see clearly, but in 2023, two Millennial's said put your glasses on so you can see clearly. Gen X is the lost and found generation. We had piles of our jackets, snow pants, sports clothes, shoes, boots, toys, and gadgets piled up into this mountain in the hallway. We are the teachers as Gen X you can get lost but still be found by Jesus.
Water is our best resource. Men are always getting haircuts in my life. I had to post this video, because it's Deep Cut with Factor Meal Advertisement. Water is necessary for life to exist on earth. But then in the bible it also says, water is turned into wine.
Wine has alcohol in it. Alcoholism is one of the biggest addictions, but you can drink a lot of anything that is addictive or choose healthier things to drink that are gentle on the body. Health is important, but it is finding nurturing drinks that people will actually drink and not tanking their physical health. Water is important.
