Hey Guys --

Why didn't anybody tell me about this place sooner? haha -- The RichDad forums are definitely getting stale... I'm very impressed with the level of talent over here.

For those of you who don't know me -- I'm located in Colorado Springs, CO. -- invest primarily in SFR's, and have a measely net worth in the low 6 figures. I've had close to 20 properties once, and currently have downsized to under 10. I've been a Kiyosaki diciple for about 4 years now, and playing in real estate for close to 7.
