You can put different meals whether it’s for

bulking,
cutting,
work focused,
diet-oriented,
lifestyle-oriented.

Healthy treats are also welcomed!

Nice idea! I share my current diet but I'm trying to do some small adjustments to make it healthier.

Work focused (Meals for lunch time)
- Rice long grain, Tuna or salmon.
- Pasta with butter.
- Mandarins or banana.

Diet oriented
- Breakfast: Cereals with Greek Yogurt and one cap of milk.

Dinner: Usually it's my heavy meal of the day. 4 days of the week is steak with salad or smash potatoes. The rest of the days can vary a lot haha

Here’s my keto pizza dough recipe, it’s the best pizza dough substitute I’ve ever tried and it’s mega easy. It is high on calories so it’s good for bulking too I guess? Beware, it’s a lotta cheese.

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup coconut flour

Combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Stir again at the end and mix well.

Stir in the beaten eggs and coconut flour, knead until dough forms.

Spread onto a baking pan covered with some parchment paper, using a rolling pin. Poke some holes with a fork.

Bake for 10 min at 425 F.

After this, cover with pizza sauce, moAR cheese and your desired toppings, and bake for another 10-15min.

Maybe anyone knows some good studentsmeals? Will be studying on my own soon and will still be trying to bulk but want it to be a healthy bulk.

2 Bananas
2 Scoops Protein Powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Macademia Nuts

(I don't care about taste or texture that much. If you want to make it more bearable to consume, add ice or milk.)
