@Evil_Jester This is one of those things where you need to know yourself. Playing games as @Eskil mentions can be a great stress relief and source of fun, but as you know, some of us can take it too far and hurt our "process." I'm turning off the cable today because there's nothing I'd rather do than unwind on the couch watching Game of Thrones reruns. LOL. That hour could be better spent meditating or taking a nap or an extra hour in process.
Sometimes, just changing our typical patterns can help us to rewire our brains. Yesterday, when leaving work, I purposely walked down a hill instead of taking the staircase. Then I turned around and walked backwards for a few feet, just to push my brain into a different place for a moment. Sounds crazy, and probably is, XD, but getting leverage on yourself so YOU can drive your fastlane, instead of being driven by your old patterns is something to consider.
So if you feel that selling your game console could cause a big mental shift and open a void in how you use your time, it may be just what is needed.
