I notice that there are usually 20,000 players online the large sites at any given time, so I doubt there's an issue of being picked out of the crowd. It's not illegal for the player at all. Totally legal.

Third party banks they are saying is doing someone not legal, but the guidelines haven't even been set for this. When this all gets sorted out I believe in 1-2 years it will become regulated anyways, and it will turn into another poker boom.
