Want to remember you all to make any kind of sport!
Now the days become colder and as it gets harder for me to start any outdoor activity, I feel, how my body suffers under not doing enough.

So I aks you all to make anything regularly.
You will improove all over.

What did you do today?

I go for a 40-90minute walk when I wake up - by far the best way to start the day. It's made me sleep fantastically every single night - highly recommended for anyone that has trouble sleeping.

I also do calisthenics twice a week, following the book "Convict Conditioning".

Let's go!
In the morning I did:
10x of
10 pullups
15 pushups
20 squats



After the third round I started to get tired I didn't even know if I will finish it.
After the fifth round I had to sit down this was a mistake because when I stood up blood rushed to my legs and started to get dizzy.
The same happened after round 6

I managed to complete all 10 rounds and I'm really happy that I was able to finish. I wasn't sure if I could.

I started to notice that my strength has been decreasing because Jiu jitsu gym closed because of lock down and I tend to forget about strength training when at home.

I will do the same exercise the day after tomorrow.

Muay Thai with a bicep and back workout afterwards. No sparring just heavy bag and pad work. Great fun, especially if you dislike prolonged cardio sessions like me.

After doing not much for some weeks, I used the Hometrainer exercise bike an hour yesterday and did an hour of rock climbing today.
Its shocking how fast one looses power and endurance.
